Charlotte FC's fifth season will include a fresh look. The club revealed its new primary kit Tuesday.
Why it matters: Making the playoffs has become an expectation in the club's brief history.
Zoom in: Charlotte FC will wear their all-black Fortress kit for their first two matches this season, which are both on the road. Fans will see them in the new Carolina (primary) kit in their home opener on March 7 vs. Austin FC at 7:30pm.
Between the lines: The new look may feel familiar.
The Carolina Kit: Crowns Up is a nod to the club's original primary kit from 2022. This one, however, includes crown spires along the collar and sleeves.
Fans can purchase the new uniform in person today at the team store and on mlsstore.com.
What's next: Charlotte FC's season opener is Saturday, Feb. 21, at 2:30pm on the road vs. St. Louis City. The club will host a watch party at Clutch (601 S. Cedar St.) near Bank of America Stadium.
