I love driving around the city and then all of a sudden seeing a full view of the skyline pop out of nowhere ... It's very rare to have a city as large as Charlotte with a beautiful skyline that offers so many clear views. - John M.

Charlotte takes a lot of heat for its live music scene, unfairly in my opinion. I've been to more than 30 concerts in Charlotte this year ... From PNC amphitheater and Spectrum Center, to Skyla amphitheater, Visulite, Evening Muse, Neighborhood Theatre and Middle C Jazz. - Mike M.
