The Great Elizabeth Pumpkin Wall couldn't stand up to this week's rain.
Heavy downpours Monday night soaked the ground and sent the wall — and about half of its 180 carved pumpkins — tumbling down, The Ledger reported.
Driving the news: Yesterday, after the rain finally stopped, organizers spent the day rebuilding.
The picture above is what it looked like at 11am. Below is a 7:30pm update.

The plaque reads: "Winds and rain destroyed the Pumpkin Wall here on Oct. 27, 2025, but the people of Elizabeth persisted and, like a phoenix from the ashes, the wall was rebuilt."
