November is here, and so is the start of holiday cheer.
Why it matters: The month is packed with festive fun, from ice skating at Camp North End to Uptown's annual Thanksgiving Eve Parade, plus major events like the Charlotte Marathon, college basketball and big-name concerts in between.

🏀 Nov. 4: Dick Vitale Invitational: Duke Blue Devils vs. Texas Longhorns at Spectrum Center. | 8:45pm
🎭 Nov. 4-9: "Six" the Musical at Belk Theater. | Showtimes vary
🎶 Nov. 5: Jonas Brothers: "Jonas 20: Greetings from Your Hometown" tour at Spectrum Center. | 7:30pm
🏈 Nov. 9: Panthers vs. Saints at Bank of America Stadium. | 1pm
🏀 Nov. 9: Ally Tipoff: USC Trojans vs. N.C. State Wolfpack face off in women's college basketball action at Spectrum Center | 3pm
🏀 Nov. 10: The Hornets host the Lakers at Spectrum Center. | 7pm
🎤 Nov. 13: Brandy & Monica: "The Boy is Mine" tour at Spectrum Center. | 8pm
🎶 Nov. 14: Playboi Carti's "Antagonist" tour at Spectrum Center. | 7pm
🌲 Nov. 13-23: The Southern Christmas Show at Park Expo & Conference Center. | Sunday-Wednesday from 10am-6pm; all other days: 10am-9pm.
🩰 Nov. 15: Talmi Entertainment's Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet 2025 at Ovens Auditorium. | 8pm
🏃🏽♀️ Nov. 15: The Novant Health Charlotte Marathon. The race goes all around the city but begins in Uptown. The marathon is currently at capacity with a waitlist, but you can still sign up for other events like the half marathon and 5K. | 7:20am
🎄 Nov 18: Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC's 12th annual Tree Lighting at Bank of America Stadium. | 5:30-9pm
🎭 Nov. 18-23: "The Sound of Music" at Belk Theater. | Showtimes Vary
⛸️ Nov. 20: Opening night for holiday ice skating at Camp North End. | Times vary; runs through Jan. 4.
😂 Nov. 20 & 21: Nate Bargatze: "Big Dumb Eyes World Tour" at Spectrum Center. | Both shows at 7pm
🦃 Nov. 26: The 79th annual Novant Health Thanksgiving Eve Parade in Uptown (9th Street to Good Samaritan Way). | 5:45pm
✨ Nov. 26: Opening night of "Light the Knights" at Truist Field. | 5-10pm opening night; times vary depending on the day. Runs through Jan. 4.
🏃♂️ Nov. 27: CPI Security Charlotte Turkey Trot in SouthPark. Pick from an 8K, 5K, mile run and tot trot. | 8:10am
