Try the Axios Charlotte bowl at YAFO through Oct. 30

As part of our 10th anniversary celebrations, we've teamed up with YAFO Kitchen for its "How I Bowl" series to create the Axios Charlotte Bowl.

The bowl is a mix of our team's go-to orders. Here's what's inside:

• Base: Half jasmine rice, half spinach and kale
• Spreads: Hummus, tzatziki and baba ghanoush
• Toppings: Tomato-cucumber salad, chickpea and roasted red pepper, Moroccan carrot salad, grape leaves, kalamata olives and feta
• Protein: Shawarma chicken
• Sauce: Lemon tahini drizzle + harissa yogurt on the side
• Served with a warm pita

Pro tip: Add a small side of Greek yogurt mac and cheese (you can even get it on top of the bowl. Trust me, it's worth it).
