On a recent trip to Concord, I stumbled upon Pump Social — a former service station turned restaurant, with a large patio, handcrafted sandwiches and yummy breakfast dishes.
Context: Husband-and-wife duo AJ and Rachael Donner opened the spot near downtown Concord in August. They wanted to create a space where families could bring their kids and dine outside, something the area lacked, AJ tells Axios.
Dig in: Most of the ingredients are made in-house, Charlotte Five first reported. Its menu features sandwiches, salads and bowls, plus wine, beer and juice boxes.
