Top Charlotte chefs host six-course charity dinner

The second annual Charlotte Family Meal, benefiting Giving Kitchen, is happening on Monday, Oct. 20, at Supperland.

What to expect: Six courses prepared by 11 of Charlotte's best chefs, including Joe Hutton (Supperland), Sam Hart (Counter-, Spaghett), and Andres Kaifer (Customshop, Marina's Tapas), to name a few.

Context: Giving Kitchen is a nonprofit organization that supports food service workers in crisis, which expanded into North Carolina in 2023, per a press release.

If you go: The evening will start with a welcome reception with cocktails and wine from 6-6:30pm, followed by dinner.
