Rally's $5 pickleball clinic for beginners

If you've been wanting to try pickleball, Rally's new introductory clinic might be just what you're looking for.

What to expect: Their "Taste of Pickleball" sessions are designed for beginners who want to try the sport in a fun, social atmosphere.

• Instead of focusing on rules or technical drills, you'll jump right into games that introduce the basics alongside other new players.

If you go: "Taste of Pickleball" is held Saturdays from 10-11am.

• Upcoming dates: Sept. 13, and 27, Oct. 11 and 25.
• It's $5 to play (includes a beer tasting or Elixir).
