Tattoo festival hits Asheville this September

A touring tattoo festival will make a stop in Asheville next month.

Driving the news: The Villain Arts tattoo festival will pop up at Harrah's Cherokee Center. on Sept. 12-14,

• Tattoo artists from around the world, including TV stars from "Ink Master," will offer appointments.
• There'll also be tattoo contests and other vendors.

If you go: Tickets are $20 per day or $40 for all three days.
