L'Ostrica to host sake tasting dinner next month

L'Ostrica in Montford is hosting a tasting dinner for sake lovers.

What's happening: The nine-course dinner is a collaboration with sake educator Chris Johnson, aka "The Sake Ninja," who's traveling in from NYC for the evening.

Context: Sake is an alcoholic Japanese beverage made by fermenting rice.

What to expect: A variety of sake styles paired with complementary dishes, like scallop two ways, crudo, uni risotto and lamb riblets.

If you go: Tickets are $175 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
