The Salty, a Miami-based doughnut shop and coffee bar, recently launched an all-day cafe menu at its South End location.
What to expect: In addition to donuts and coffee, the new menu will offer heartier options, like croissant breakfast sandwiches, toasts, grain bowls and salads.
Breakfast will be served from opening until 3pm.
Lunch is served from 11am-3pm.
Best bites:Menu highlights include an egg & cheese croissant, a Mike's Hot Honey chicken salad sandwich and a pistachio pesto Caesar salad.
Context: Charlotte is the second city to get the all-day menu. It debuted in Nashville last month, per a press release.
