Oh My Ganache, The Cheesecake Bar, will open in Camp North End in the former Wentworth & Fenn spot next week, according to a press release.
Why it matters: The locally owned bakery was first launched in 2019 by Charlotte native Brittani Sheppard, who was inspired by a sweet potato pie recipe passed down from her late grandfather.
Dig in: Build-your-own cheesecakes are available whole or by the slice.
Customers can pick from three base options: vanilla cheesecake, peach cobbler bread pudding or sweet potato pie cheesecake. Several toppings are available, including a bourbon pecan sauce.
