🚧 Trinity Partners and Foundry Commercial will market and lease the office and retail, respectively, for the Iron District development at the edge of South End, according to an update Charlotte Pipe and Foundry shared with Axios.
Initial plans call for 150,000 square feet of Class A office and 100,000 square feet of retail space, plus up to 500 residential units.
