Time to get your home ready to hit the market? Charlotte homes listed early last May sold for 1.5% more than any other time of year, according to a new Zillow report.
Zoom out: Nationally, the best time to list is late May. Homes sold for 1.6% more — typically $5,600 — compared to other times of year.
