🏡 Construction on developer Northwood Ravin's Ballantyne Townhomes at Elm, a 17-townhome development at 11902 Elm Lane, is expected to be complete in April, per the developer.
The rentals will include two floor plans with two or three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage. You can also expect large windows, wine fridges optional in-unit EV charging.
