Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters clearance store coming to Charlotte

What to expect: The new 35,000 square-foot store won't have any fitting rooms or offer returns, Charlotte magazine first reported.

• Merchandise is organized by category, which is denoted by colored tags. White and yellow tags, for example, indicate items that are pre-loved, like-new, or in good condition. An orange dot means the merchandise has minor damage. Blue, green and pink tags are free of any defects.
• Expect a wide variety of products from all URBN brands, including FP Movement activewear, Anthropologie home accessories and gently worn Nuuly rental garments.
• Clothes are available in all sizes — 00-24 and XXS-3X. Furniture is not sold at the store.

Stop by: The grand opening at 10416 Centrum Parkway in Pineville will be from 12-8pm.

• Its hours of operation will be Sundays from 11am-6pm, Monday-Thursday from 10am-7pm and Friday-Saturday from 10am-8pm.

The big picture: "Charlotte is an incredible market for thrift culture and contains tons of brand fans for our company," Salvatore said.
