Local barbecue jointMac's Speed Shop has rolled out a limited-time menu of smoky-themed dishes and cocktails.
What to expect: Entrees like the "Big a** beef rib platter" ($40), a chopped smoked ham platter ($18) and a chopped smoked ham hoagie ($18).
Plus, apple pie egg rolls a la mode for dessert ($8).
Sip on this: You'll also find smoke-inspired cocktails like a Smokey Paloma and a Mezcal Mule.
If you go: The menu is available through March 11.
Stop by: Mac's Speed Shop has five Charlotte-area locations, including South End, Concord Mills, Steele Creek, Matthews and Lake Norman.
