A new jewelry shop called Glow Girl opens in north Charlotte today.
What to expect: Earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, pieces that can be engraved in-store, and permanent jewelry.
On Sundays, they'll host ticketed events like "Bracelets & Besties," which comes with a forever bracelet and drinks for $55 on the backdrop of live violin music.
How it works: For a permanent piece, you select the chain and charm and the piece is custom fitted to your arm or ankle.
Prices range from $55-$115 for silver items, $60-$120 for gold and $65-$125 for rose gold. Extra accessories like charms start at $10.
What's next: Eventually, they'll have in-house piercings and offer DIY classes.
