You don't have to drive to the coast for a taste of summer.
Context: Starting tomorrow through Aug. 1, Haymaker will serve a special menu chef-owner Chris Coleman is calling "Beach Vacation."
"We are celebrating and highlighting food from the Outer Banks down south to Hilton Head and everywhere in between," Coleman tells Axios.
Dig in: This specialty menu will include dishes such as an oyster on the half shell "BLT style," Carolina gold rice dusted clam strips with hot honey and orange, fresh blue crab salad and peel-and-eat shrimp, to name a few.
