This French-inspired château in SouthPark just hit the market for $13.25 million.
Why it matters: The eight-figure price tag makes it Mecklenburg County's most expensive listing at the moment.
Context: The home belongs to Michael J. Bailey, a North Carolina-based executive, chairman for Davinci Jets and co-founder of the food service company Elior North America.
