Splash and Dash, a Florida-based dog grooming salon, will open five locations in Charlotte.
Its first location at 6209 Old Post Road will soft open on Tuesday, July 9.
What to expect: The 1,300-square-foot stores accommodate up to 70 dogs at a time.
They offer breed-specific styling, hair and nail coloring, de-shedding and pawdicures.
You can opt-in for an unlimited membership pass ($19.95+/month), which allows your dog to get a bath and brush as many times as you like in a month.
"We also perform a wellness check every time a dog is in for an appointment," Charlotte franchise owner Heidi Hillman tells Axios.
What's next: The second location will open in SouthPark in early September where Earth Fare used to be in Morrison Place.
Hillman is still searching for locations to open three more locations and is targeting areas like The Bowl in Ballantyne, Fort Mill, Dilworth or Huntersville.
