Summit Coffee is now serving ice cream in Davidson — Summit Creamery opened just in time for the warmer weather.
What to expect: A range of creative flavors, from "Glacier Gulp" (Summit coffee, chocolate, Oreos and brownies) to "Butter (Pecan) is Good."
What they're saying: Owning an ice cream business was Summit's plan for 2024, the company's CMO Dora Callahan said in a statement.
"We realized the Summit Creamery allows us to do more of what we are leaning into as a company: creating moments of joy, serving craft food and beverage, and continuing to deepen Summit's brand in the Charlotte and Lake Norman communities."
If you go: Summit Creamy is open at 1827 Shearers Road Thursday-Friday 4-9pm and Saturday-Sunday 1-9pm.
