Restaurant Constance has a new dessert menu from executive pastry chef Ann Marie Stefaney. A few highlights include: ☕️ Enderly Coffee pavlova ($12): It includes espresso from Charlotte coffee roaster Enderly Coffee, plus hazelnut and cream.
😋 Sticky toffee pudding ($14): It features local sorghum (a grain native to the Appalachian Mountains) and sweet cream.
🍫 Chocolate miso tart ($13): Expect black sesame shortbread, chocolate ganache, red miso caramel and mirin crème fraiche.
