Giveaway Time: The “Williams Media, LLC (dba CHARLOTTE AGENDA), Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) begins 6:00 a.m. ET on May 11, 2016 ending at 5:00 p.m. on May 13, 2016. The drawing will be on May 14, 2016.
How to Enter the Giveaway: Enter full name and email address and click submit. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. You may also enter on Twitter (ONE ENTRY PER PERSON) by using the hashtag #CAdoesNASCAR and tagging @orthocarolina in one tweet.
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of North Carolina and South Carolina who, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Williams Media, LLC (dba CHARLOTTE AGENDA), its members, managers, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and other agencies and any of their immediate family, as applicable, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Prize Random Drawing: The Giveaway Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from the eligible entrants, which shall be on the 14th of May 2016. Winner will receive an email or Twitter message notifying entrant of drawing. If any Prize cannot be distributed or is returned, Williams Media, LLC (dba CHARLOTTE AGENDA), reserves the right in its sole discretion to select an alternative winner or to give the prize to charity.
The Prize: The Giveaway Prize winners will receive a prize of two (2) tickets to the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 29, valued at approximately $135 each and a $50 gift card for parking or food (the “Prize”).
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
Taxes and Other Restrictions: All federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. No responsibility or liability is assumed for any obligations, damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the Prize or any substitute therefore.
General Rules: Attempts to enter the Giveaway more than once using any third party proxy, using multiple names or e-mail addresses and/or any other fraudulent mechanism will result in disqualification. Williams Media, LLC (dba CHARLOTTE AGENDA), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify you.
