EDIT Sale’s fall pop-up starts on Wednesday, with thousands of deeply discounted pieces of designer clothing and accessories.
State of play: It runs Sept. 28-Oct. 2 at Lower Tuck.
What to expect: This season’s inventory includes tons of dresses, evening gowns, outerwear and accessories from brands like Ulla Johnson, Zimmerman, Celine, Vampires Wife and La DoubleJ.
- Items, which are new or gently used, are discounted up to 80% off retail. Jeans are $50 and many sweaters/tops are below $100. We scouted the sale early and found a skirt with tags originally priced at $1,225 marked down to $280.
- Plus, this is the largest selection of shoes they’ve ever had. One consigner dropped off 52 pairs of shoes, including a never-worn pair of Louboutins.
- There’s also a photo opp area for shoppers.
Pro tip: If you don’t want to wait in long lines on days one and two, shop on the final days of the sale. Popular purses typically go quickly, but you can find treasures every day of the sale.
Details: You can pay with cash, card or Zelle. They don’t allow bags or coats into the sale.
- Hours are: 2-8pm Sept. 28; 11am-6pm Sept. 29; 10am-4pm Sept. 30; 10am-2pm Oct. 1-2.
- The address is 1018 Jay St. You can park anywhere in the Lower Tuck campus for free, and there will be signs directing you to the sale entrance toward the back of the building.
