Bar One Lounge expanding with bigger bar, a stage, and expanded kitchen

The bar, which shares the same space as 800° Woodfired Kitchen, is adding 2,500 additional square feet, which will include more seating, a private dining room, a stage, and a new kitchen.

Details: Once the project is complete, Bar One Lounge will consist of 7,000 total square feet.

• Built by TYLER2 Construction, and designed by Bryan Southwick, of Southwick Architecture, the space will have 16 additional seats at the bar, 86 additional seats and booths for dining and a private dining room called “The Ritz Dining Room.”

What’s next: The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year, with the goal of hosting a New Year’s Eve grand opening.

• We’re told the theme of the NYE party will be Eyes Wide Shut.
• Of note: Bar One Lounge will continue to operate as normal while construction goes on.
