What’s happening: Charlotte Checkers owner Michael A. Kahn is selling his Mediterranean mansion.

• The listing agent, Liza Caminiti at Ivester Jackson Distinctive Properties would not confirm that the property is owned by Kahn. However, public records list Kahn and his wife Wendy Kahn as the homeowners.
