Fast-casual biscuit spot now open at The Arboretum

What to expect: As the name implies, these biscuits are over-the-top takes on classic southern comfort dishes like shrimp and grits, pulled pork and fried green tomatoes.

• There are 13 biscuit variations on the menu plus breakfast plates, bowls and shareables.
• Two popular biscuits are The Fat Boy, which is a buttermilk biscuit with crispy fried chicken breast, housemade pimento cheese, and Vicious spicy honey drizzle; and The Vicious, which is a cheddar & jalapeño biscuit with crispy fried chicken breast, signature maple sausage gravy, house cowboy candy and maple syrup drizzle.
• Biscuits can also be ordered a la carte and topped with butters and jams from the jam bar.
