This year’s winner, created by Kingswood Homes, Schrader Design and Patrick Lewis Interiors, is a jaw-dropping dream. The custom Lake Norman home is a shining example of form meets function: visually striking, and it was built around how the owners really live.
You can picture conversations around the oversized U-shaped kitchen island, lazy summer days by the pool and the joy felt sinking into a plush chair, looking out to the water or garden.
