Circle K Speed Street at Charlotte Motor Speedway: Highlights of this three-day festival include musical performances by Flo Rida and the Steve Miller Band, kid-friendly activities and appearances from some of racing’s biggest stars. May 27-29. $49. Details.

2022 ACC Baseball Championship at Truist Field: Friday is the last series of pool-play games before the semifinals on Saturday, followed by the championship on Sunday. Stick around after the game for a fireworks show. 11am. $15-$20. Details.

Groovy Bones Pop-Up Release Party at The Music Yard: Join the record label Groovy Bone Records for a fun night of house music performances. 6-11pm. $5. Details.

Fresh2Death: An Exhibit Celebration of Black Fashion and Culture at The Mint Museum Uptown: This fashion show showcases the influences of the Black community on mainstream culture and fashion.
