Charlotte Douglas International Airport is opening a new airport lounge today.
What’s happening: The Club CLT opened at 5am this morning in Terminal A between gates 21-29.
Details: The 4,800 square-foot lounge is the first Airport Dimensions space at the airport. They have lounges across the world.
Anybody flying through CLT can access the lounge, regardless of what airline or class of service they travel with.
You have automatic access through the Priority Pass network and the AAA Members Discount and Reward program. Or you can buy a $45 day pass at the door.
Amenities: One shower, two private restrooms, three private work pods, four reclining chairs, a full-service bar, an enclosed family space and dinning.
There will be self-serve coffee and drinks.
Most food will be digitally ready to order via QR code and delivered to your table.
- “Once inside all amenities are completely complimentary. We don’t upcharge for any of our offerings,” Airport Dimensions Vice President of global business development, Chris Gwilliam told Axios.
Zoom out: Charlotte now has four passenger lounges.
- American Airlines has two: one on Concourse B and one on Concourse C with Atrium access entrance.
- American Express’s Centurion Lounge opened in February 2020 at the corner of Concourses D and E on the top floor of The Plaza.
