Popular mobile coffee bar Coordinates Coffee debuted its new name and look last week. It’s now called Wildroots Coffee.

Quick background: Business partners Jasmine Koch and Joe Keenan previously ran the coffee truck together and recently decided to part ways.

Rebrand: Koch wanted to go with an earth name and a natural look for Wildroots. Even before Coordinates rolled into the coffee scene in 2019, Koch was drawn to the word “wild” for her business. So for the rebrand, it was an easy choice.

“It’s about honoring our wild and chasing that and trying to put down roots and create stability in life,” she said of the new name.

Menu: Wild Roots has the same menu as Coordinates, specializing in iced lattes with flavors like lavender vanilla and rosemary honey. You can still order the 24-ounce drink pouches, too. Order ahead on the Odeko app or walk up to the window.

  • Pouches, which are the equivalent of two 12-ounce iced lattes, are $10. Flavors include rosemary honey, vanilla and lavender vanilla. You can choose from almond, oat or whole milk.
  • The menu also includes matcha lemonade, cold brew and an americano.

Schedule: You can find their weekly schedule on their Instagram (@wildrootscoffee). You can pre-order through the Odeko app, or pay with card at the window.

What’s next: Jasmine is hoping to land a brick-and-mortar spot in the next six months to create more consistency. She plans to keep the mobile bar for special events and private bookings, which are already popular.
