Getting back to the office might feel daunting if you’ve worked from home for the last year. These companies will make the transition a little easier by letting your dog come to work with you.
Why it matters: While remote work will continue to be an option for many companies after the pandemic, those that are welcoming employees back are looking for ways to make the office more homey.
Plus, pandemic pets aren’t used to being left alone. Bringing your dog to work could be a big help in avoiding the impacts of separation anxiety.
“It definitely brings happiness into our agency. It’s a natural stress reliever,” Kayla Zarecky who works at dog-friendly ad agency Tattoo Projects tells me. “It reminds us to take a minute and breathe and walk outside, even if it’s a five-minute walk.”
