Taqueria los Altos
Quesabirria also referred to as birria tacos, have grown in popularity recently thanks to TikTok.
Even though the craze is new, birria is not. Birria originated in Jalisco, Mexico, and is essentially a meat-packed quesadilla/taco hybrid that’s filled with cheese and served with a beef broth called consommé for dipping.
Here are four places right here in Charlotte to get delicious birria tacos.
