South End continues to be the hottest neighborhood in Charlotte.

If you’re on the hunt for an apartment, rent starts around $1,200 a month for a studio or one bed in South End. You can’t go wrong with many of the 20-plus apartments along the Light Rail, but a few stand out above the rest.
