Today we’re celebrating exceptional real estate in Charlotte with our third annual Home of the Year Award.
All properties are new builds or renovations, completed within the last year.
We know coronavirus brought a lot of unexpected change to our city, but Charlotte is still a place filled with architectural beauty and some of the best designers in the country. And during these strange times, at least for me, creating a warm home feels even more important.
This year’s winner is a 6,900-square-foot stunner on Lake Norman. The owners wanted something spacious and comfortable for their family of seven. And designer Beth Keim created just that: a welcoming retreat with fresh design that really reflects the family’s values of togetherness.
