Tiff’s Treats, a fresh-baked cookie delivery company backed by Brooklyn Decker and Andy Roddick, is now open in Waverly with two more Charlotte shops on the way.

The first shop, located at 7314 Waverly Walk Avenue, is now open with a grand opening celebration slated for Aug. 24.

Grand opening event: They’ll be selling boxes of a dozen cookies for $1 (up to three boxes per customer) and will also be donating $5 for every box sold to the Mecklenburg County Special Olympics (up to $5,000). Brooklyn and Andy, who are ambassadors and investors of Tiff’s Treats, will be on site 9-11 a.m. Details.

“I’m so excited Tiff’s Treats will be a part of both of the places I call home and can’t wait to introduce my Charlotte community to these beloved cookies,” Brooklyn said.

There will be prizes, a drawing to win free cookies for a year and the first 40 customers get a $100 gift card. Pro tip: Bring your debit/credit card, they won’t take cash.

Why Charlotte: “We’ve had some dedicated fans on social media over the past couple of years asking for a North Carolina location, and we’re really excited to be able to finally serve them,” co-owner Tiffany Chen said. “Charlotte is similar to Austin in its heart for hospitality and appreciation for great food. Our passion is making people happy with warm, fresh-baked cookies, and we look forward to spreading that joy to our new neighbors in Charlotte.”

The menu: Tiff’s Treats has a dozen cookie flavors on the menu and they do a “flavor of the week” monthly. They also have milk, coffee, ice cream, ice cream sandwiches and Tiffblitzes.

Flavors: Chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, oatmeal raisin, sugar, peanut butter, M&M, chocolate chip pecan, peanut butter chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, white chocolate chip and almond, flavor of the week

Prices: Cookies are $16 a dozen, and they have other treats (like ice cream sandwiches and brownies) are under $5.

Locations: The first store is now open in the Waverly shopping center, and the Uptown location (the corner of South Boulevard and East Stonewall Street) will open early fall. “We’re also slated to join the Apex SouthPark mixed-use center in 2020,” Tiffany told the Agenda.
