Tickets are $25 ahead of time or $30 the day of (if there are any left). You can get them online, or pick them up at Dilworth Drug & Wellness (cash or check only), Park Road Books (cash or check only), Paper Skyscraper and Ultra Running Company.

Don’t forget: You can rent free bikes for the tour from the Tom Sykes Recreation Center (first come, first served) and/or get half-priced glasses of wine after the tour at Bonterra.

The tour is from 6-9 p.m. on Sept. 13 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 14.

1901 Dilworth Road East

• Built: 1924
• Specs: 2,354 square feet + 660 square feet of outdoor living space
• Features: Tudor-style, renovated in 2019, brand new master suite and screened-in patio

611 E. Kingston Ave.

• Built: 1925
• Specs: 4 bed, 4.5 bath, 4,000 square feet
