Owner of Saigon Bay in University City, Trung Cao, opened his second restaurant, Pho @ NoDa, on Monday in the new 2100 North Davidson Street building.
It’s a straightforward Vietnamese concept with a huge menu featuring pho, noodle dishes, fried rice, spring rolls, wings and banh mi sandwiches. It’s located in Villa Heights, and the exact address is 2100 N. Davidson St., Suite A.
Hours: 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Prices: Dishes fall in the $5-$35 range, with most between $5-$12.
Note: For their soft opening on Monday they weren’t serving banh mi or bubble tea yet.
