This single-story condo is massive, but I like that it’s not overly flashy or ornamental.

It feels modern and masculine with the industrial-inspired architectural details, and the floor plan is great for entertaining.

I love that the functional spaces you’re likely to use most often (the kitchen and master suite) are loaded with upgrades.
