And recent study by Bloomberg Pursuits found that Charlotte’s 28207 zip code is the fifth richest in the south.
This zip code is the area that encompasses the Eastover neighborhood and a big portion of the Myers Park neighborhood. The zip code’s average adjusted gross income clocks in at $543,000, putting it behind the likes of Miami Beach (at number one, with a $2,543,100 AGI), Palm Beach, Naples and Houston.
