Charleston favorite Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit is coming to South End
Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, a popular Charleston-based grab-and-go biscuit counter, will add a fourth location in Charlotte this summer.
It’ll be located at The Penrose, a new 350-unit luxury multifamily development on Tremont Avenue.
This is a hot area a short walk from Sycamore, the Design Center and the Rail Trail.
Charlotte will be HLB’s fourth location with two in Charleston and one in Atlanta.
It’ll feature a full coffee bar created in partnership with King Bean Coffee and a retail space where you can buy frozen biscuits, pimento cheese and other Southern pantry items.
The menu features signature and build-your-own biscuit sandwiches.
You can go sweet with toppings like jam, Carolina honey and whipped cinnamon butter or savory with things like country ham and bacon gravy. A standard B.E.C. is $7.95 in Atlanta.
Look for an opening this summer.
