The home was originally built in the 1930s as single family and then was made into a duplex in the 1960s. The team, led by Ashley Shaw, was able to transform the house back to its original stature while also adding 1,000 square feet of living space and modernizing the house to match today’s family lifestyles. It retains the charm and features of an 80+-year-old home while employing the latest in modern technology, energy efficiency, appliances and architecture.
