“There are so many physical features that make our home special, but the most valued aspect to us, is how personal it feels. Function and form were the driving factors when designing the house. Every detail of the floorplan and design was deliberated on, accounting for how we would use the space, how we would work and live and play within the space, and what our priorities would be for years to come. Lynne from Clark & Clark Interiors truly shepherded us through this process, and in doing so, designed a space that is welcoming, perfectly comfortable for our family, and uniquely personal to us.” – Homeowners
“Worth noting is the wood on the ceiling in the living room, kitchen vault and screen porch ceiling. It is reclaimed wood that came from a Broyhill furniture factory built in the 1950s. Originally the wood was the sub floor for the textile trimming area which was suspended above the main level. The client’s father bought the factory building to use as a manufacturing facility for commercial waste equipment. In the renovation, he was able to salvage the wood, which they used in their home.” – Clark & Clark Interiors
