Hi Tide, a poke and raw bar in Dilworth, now offers “Lobster Roll Mondays.” The deal: 1/4-pound of premium lobster claw meat (no cheap tail meat) with your choice of chips or fries for $15.99 (normally $22.50). Mondays only, all day.

McDowell St. Charlotte NC 28204. Inside, you’ll find about 25 seats, a large handmade maple table and white subway tiles on the walls.

This builds on Hi Tide’s success of the already popular menu item — they’ve been selling about 35 per day. “Our lobster roll has always been a huge hit and a crowd favorite,” executive chef Jeffrey Schreiber told the Agenda. They’re calling it the “Quarter Pounder.”

Now that it’s been four months since Hi Tide opened its doors in Dilworth, look for more menu tweaks as they continue to enhance the menu based on customer data.
