Sycamore’s largest all-day party, Spring Fest, takes place on Saturday — and this year, it’ll have a new cider.
Spring Fest will have two stages with live music, indoor and outdoor beer gardens, prosecco-pops, limited edition event t-shirts and cider stations.
“We expect to see a couple thousand over the course of the day,” said Sycamore co-owner Sarah Brigham. 7,200 people have expressed interest in Spring Fest on Facebook and over 850 people say they’re going.
It’s a big freaking party. Sycamore is using the party to give people a taste of its new creation — cider.

At Spring Fest, Sycamore Brewing will debut its new cider line — Wild Blossom.
Wild Blossom will launch with two different flavors, Rosé cider and a semi-dry cider.
16-ounce pours will be $6.
Small batch kegs of Wild Blossom will be available for distribution to select Sycamore accounts this summer and a packaged product will be available to Charlotte this fall.
The new cider is the creation of Sycamore senior brewer, Brad Bergman, who joined Sycamore last month. He’s an App State graduate who’s also spent time at Angry Orchard (Boston Beer Company/Sam Adams).
No way is it going to dethrone Sycamore staples like their Mountain Candy IPA (#1 best seller) or their Countryside American IPA (my favorite of their beers) — but it’ll no doubt give groups just another reason to go to Sycamore Brewing on a sunny Saturday afternoon.
