Draught, a casual bar right behind Bank of America Stadium, has rolled new brunch, lunch and dinner menus that infuse Southern classics with modern twists.
Think bologna hushpuppies, crawfish mac-and-cheese, fried bologna and cheddar sandwich, and roasted corn hummus.
Joining the new menus is an impressive lineup of daily specials, including Neighborhood Night on Wednesdays (three sliders and a PBR for $8), Ribs & Greens on Thursdays ($15 half-rack or $30 full-rack of ribs, served with collards) and Southern Fried Fridays (bucket of fried chicken, collards, mac-and-cheese, biscuits, and banana pudding at $15 for two people and $30 for four).
Daily drink specials include, but are certainly not limited to, $6 Moscow Mules on Tuesdays, half-off wine on Wednesdays and $4 mimosas, $5 Bloody Mary Bar and $2 “man-mosas” on the weekends.
For the taco lovers, you’ll enjoy Hungry Hour Tacos (chef’s daily taco, $2 each) weekdays from 4 – 6 p.m.
And make sure you take a moment to appreciate the creative menu item names. “Pay Day Is Next Week…” for a $7 grilled cheese? Baby One More Time Benedict on the brunch menu? I’m lovin’ it.
I tried a few things off the dinner menu. Take a look.
