To celebrate the launch of the app, we’ve teamed up for a local Charlotte business S/O. We want you to call out a Charlotte business you think is totally rocking it with no limitations on industry, and unlimited nominations are allowed.

What’s in it for the business? A $500 micro-grant. Boom.

What’s in it for you? Three lucky nominators will be randomly selected to win a brand new iPad.

To nominate, tag a biz in the comments of our Instagram giveaway by Friday, March 2 at 11:59 p.m., and we’ll pick the biz and nomination winners by Monday, March 5 at 5 p.m.

Contest Time: The “Williams Media, LLC (dba CHARLOTTE AGENDA) Charlotte Chamber Giveaway” (the “Contest”) begins 7:00 a.m. ET on February 26, 2017 ending at 11:59 p.m. on March 2, 2017. The winner will be notified by March 5, 2017 at 5 p.m.

How to Enter the Contest: Enter via Instagram comment. Unlimited entries permitted via Instagram.

Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of North Carolina and South Carolina who, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Williams Media, LLC (dba CHARLOTTE AGENDA), its members, managers, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and other agencies and any of their immediate family, as applicable, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Prize Selection: We will select 3 random entrants and 1 random comment from Instagram submissions. They will be notified by email by March 5, 2017 at 5 p.m.

If any Prize cannot be distributed or is returned, Williams Media, LLC (dba CHARLOTTE AGENDA), reserves the right in its sole discretion to select an alternative winner or to give the prize to charity.

The Prize: The Contest Prize winners will receive a $500 micro-grant to one Charlotte business and a brand new iPad for three nominators.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

Taxes and Other Restrictions: All federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. No responsibility or liability is assumed for any obligations, damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the Prize or any substitute therefore.
