Reigning Doughnuts is targeting a December opening on 35th Street in NoDa.
It’s the latest project from the team behind neighborhood powerhouses Haberdish, Crepe Cellar and Growlers Pourhouse.
When I say “tiny” I mean this little shop will be taking up residence in an 11×8 storage closet behind Growlers.

They’ll have just five cake doughnuts on the menu with an additional daily feature flavor.
And everything will be cooked to order.
They’ll also be serving organic Counter Culture drip coffee but no specialty espresso drinks due to limited space.
Expected hours will be 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. and a night shift from 7 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Three cheers for late-night doughnuts.
