Starting today, Potbelly Sandwich Shop will offer three-cheese mac and cheese with your choice of premium toppings, including bacon, chili, Potbelly hot peppers, mushrooms or roasted red peppers.

Potbelly is off to a red-hot start in Uptown and owner Shak Patel has already announced a second location that will open in SouthPark’s Piedmont Town Center.

In terms of volume and pricing, a side-sized mac costs $4.10, a cup costs $5.15 and a bowl costs $6.50.
